Namaste,
I’m Annu Thomas — a mother of four, originally from India, and the heart behind Yoga@N.
Yoga@N began as more than just a business for me. I wanted to create a space where people could slow down, connect, and feel at home. A place where friendships grow, where stress can loosen its grip, and where well-being — in every sense of the word — becomes more accessible. If there’s a way I can be of service to you through this space, I’d genuinely love to know.
Think of this not just as a studio, but as an extension of your own home. A space that welcomes you as you are.
Outside of work, life is beautifully full — I’m raising two girls (11 and 8) and two little boys (4 and 2). They keep me on my toes and grounded at the same time. When I’m not with them, you’ll often find me in the garden, hiking a trail, or just soaking in quiet moments in nature.
Yoga has been part of my life since my school years. One experience that’s stayed with me deeply is a 10-day Vipassana retreat I did in New Delhi back in the 10th grade. That silence shaped how I move through the world, and it still echoes in how I run this space today.
It’s a privilege to offer yoga as a service — and I’m always exploring ways to expand what we offer to better support your mind and body. I’m always open to feedback, so please don’t hesitate to share your thoughts. Your voice helps shape this space.
Namaste!

Kiran Pal
Rooted in presence and guided by breath, I’m a certified yoga teacher with 700 hours of teacher training and specialize in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga styles. I’m passionate about creating mindful movement experiences that help people reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner stillness.
My classes are a conscious blend of asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, designed to ground the body, calm the mind, and cultivate awareness from within. This mat is for all bodies and all ages 🧘🏾

Kiara
A true guide of the soul and body, Kiara has a gift for making even the most hesitant student feel empowered and at ease. Her classes aren’t just workouts — they’re journeys. With every breath, she leads her students toward deeper mindfulness, inner strength, and the kind of mobility that feels both liberating and grounded.
For Kiara, yoga isn’t a routine — it’s a sacred ritual. She lives for the serenity that each practice brings and glows with the joy of sharing that peace with others. To be in her class is to be seen, supported, and gently guided into a version of yourself you didn’t know existed — balanced, present, and wholly alive.

Ziatia
For over a decade, Ziatia has immersed herself in the transformative world of yoga, flowing through its sacred rhythms with the grace of a seasoned mystic. Her journey with yoga began ten years ago,
A natural talent and poetic soul, Ziatia doesn’t just teach yoga — she weaves it like a masterpiece. Every movement she guides is infused with artistic expression, and her creative spirit radiates through her teachings and her everyday life. Her presence is a blend of calm serenity and magnetic inspiration, drawing others into the art of mindful living.
Though she currently holds her 200-hour YTT certification in Hatha yoga, Ziatia has developed a style all her own — a soulful synthesis of Hatha and Vinyasa. Her practice is more than just poses; it’s a moving meditation designed to harmonize the body, ground the spirit, and awaken the mind. Each session with her is an invitation to breathe deeper, feel fuller, and connect more completely — with yourself and the world around you.

Nicole Mills, a certified yoga instructor passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with as many people as possible. I’ve been practicing for five years and began teaching in March 2025, with training in Vinyasa yoga.
My classes are both energizing and grounding, and I strive to create a welcoming, inclusive space where students of all backgrounds and experience levels feel supported. I truly believe yoga is for everyone and am dedicated to helping others discover its power to bring balance, strength, and peace—on and off the mat.
For me, yoga is more than a physical practice; it’s a way to feel more connected to something greater—whether that’s God, the universe, or a deeper part of ourselves.
When I’m not teaching, I love gardening and spending time with my dog.

Judy
Hi, I’m Judy, for the past 8 years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing yoga with students in beautiful parks and natural spaces. There’s something transformative about practicing surrounded by trees, open skies, and the sounds of nature that goes beyond the physical poses—it’s a grounding, peaceful experience that connects us to the present moment and each other.Teaching yoga outdoors has not only deepened my connection to nature but has also taught me the power of community and authentic connection. At yoga@N, my class is an opportunity to truly see each individual, no matter where they are on their journey. It’s about more than just movement; it’s about being present with one another and embracing the shared energy of the group.
Yoga
At Yoga@N, we provide several types of yoga- Hatha , Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin. Currently we do not have hot yoga.
Reiki
Buy any of our packages that also includes Reiki. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-near) healing practice that helps relax your body and calm your mind. It comes from Japan and is based on the idea that there’s a natural energy that flows through all of us. When that energy is low or blocked, we can feel stressed, tired, or unwell.
Sound healing
The powerful vibrations of the gong and the sweet sound of each note of the alchemy crystal bowls will meditate you, clear meridians, open channels and chakras releasing the flow of Kundalini energy to ascend up the central channel from the root chakra, balancing and aligning your system.
Workshops
We have several powerful workshops that provide introduction to Yoga and its benefits, Alignment and technique, Chakras, Meditation, Breathwork, Hip openers and backbends,
“I have never tried yoga. Now, as a 65 year old man, I wanted something that would give my body more flexibility. You are never too old to learn and to be amazed. I have been to 3 classes in 5 days. It is awesome. I recommend this studio to all, young and old. The price is very good also."
"Yoga@N is a haven for me. As a relative newcomer to yoga, I appreciate how the instructors often suggest options for either more challenging or less challenging modifications to poses. The studio is cozy. Early morning hatha or vinyasa classes have become a great way to start my day, and at this time of year we hear a chorus of birds towards the conclusion of the session. Instructors Kiara and Darian are excellent at guiding us through the postures, and their patience and warmth is irresistible. I have a desk job, and I am realizing yoga is such a good counterpoint to my sedentary job. I am very pleased with the benefits I am experiencing with increased flexibility."
John Cooper
“This is a very serene place to practice yoga. I feel really relaxed and energized. I would recommend this to everyone”
