Namaste,
I’m Annu Thomas — a mother of four, born and raised in India, and the heart behind Yoga@N.
Yoga@N began as more than just a business for me. I wanted to create a space where people could slow down, connect, and feel at home. A place where friendships grow, where stress can loosen its grip, and where well-being — in every sense of the word — becomes more accessible. If there’s a way I can be of service to you through this space, I’d genuinely love to know.
Think of this not just as a studio, but as an extension of your own home. A space that welcomes you as you are.
Outside of work, life is beautifully full — I’m raising two girls (11 and 8) and two little boys (4 and 2). They keep me on my toes and grounded at the same time. When I’m not with them, you’ll often find me in the garden, hiking a trail, or just soaking in quiet moments in nature.
Yoga has been part of my life since my school years. One experience that’s stayed with me deeply is a 10-day Vipassana retreat I did in New Delhi back in the 10th grade. That silence shaped how I move through the world, and it still echoes in how I run this space today.
It’s a privilege to offer yoga as a service — and I’m always exploring ways to expand what we offer to better support your mind and body. I’m always open to feedback, so please don’t hesitate to share your thoughts. Your voice helps shape this space.
Namaste!
