Our yoga classes are held in small groups of 5-7 participants, allowing you to fully benefit from each pose with proper guidance. You’ll experience improvements in flexibility, strength, and mental relaxation.

We provide yoga mats and other accessories to use at no cost in-case you need any during the class. Items are also available for purchase at the store.

There are mat holders for you to store your mats for a minimal fee of $10.00/month. 

 

There is a restroom available on site as well.
