​At Yoga@N, we intentionally limit our class sizes to a maximum of 17 students. This ensures that every session maintains the high standard of quality and personalized attention our heritage deserves.

  1. Attendance & Booking

    • Mandatory Online Booking: All sessions must be reserved through our online portal.

    • Booking Window: To allow for proper preparation, reservations must be confirmed at least 12 hours prior to the start of the class.

  2. ​​Studio Amenities & Equipment

    • Provided Gear: Complimentary mats and towels are provided for all students.

    • Member Storage: Pass members are welcome to store their personal mats at the studio at no additional charge.

  3. Preparation & Wellness​

    • Dietary Recommendations: To ensure comfort during practice, we recommend avoiding meals 2 hours prior to class for light snacks and 4 hours prior for heavy meals.

    • Personal Accommodations: To ensure an optimal experience, please notify your instructor of any injuries, physical limitations, or special considerations you may require before the session begins.
