At Yoga@N, we intentionally limit our class sizes to a maximum of 17 students. This ensures that every session maintains the high standard of quality and personalized attention our heritage deserves.

Attendance & Booking

Mandatory Online Booking: All sessions must be reserved through our online portal.

Booking Window: To allow for proper preparation, reservations must be confirmed at least 12 hours prior to the start of the class.

Studio Amenities & Equipment

Provided Gear: Complimentary mats and towels are provided for all students.

Member Storage: Pass members are welcome to store their personal mats at the studio at no additional charge.

Preparation & Wellness

Dietary Recommendations: To ensure comfort during practice, we recommend avoiding meals 2 hours prior to class for light snacks and 4 hours prior for heavy meals.
