βAt Yoga@N, we value your commitment to your wellness journey and aim to provide a smooth and supportive experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policies carefully:
π§ Session Packages & Drop-In Sessions
All session packages (e.g., 5-class, 10-class) are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
Drop-in sessions are also non-refundable.
Session packages have an expiry date . Please check the expiry date before buying.

Cancellations & No-Shows
You may cancel a booked class up to 6 hours before class without penalty.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your pass (or forfeited if drop-in).

π» Workshops, Special Events & Courses
Cancellations 7+ days before the event: Full refund (minus any booking fees).
Cancellations within 7 days: 50% refund, or full credit toward a future event.
No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours or after the event begins.
π§Ύ Memberships
Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime with 7 days notice before your next billing cycle.
We do not offer retroactive refunds for unused time.
π· Illness or Emergencies
We understand life happens. In the case of medical issues or family emergencies, please contact us—we’ll do our best to offer credit or a partial refund depending on the situation.
