​At Yoga@N, we value your commitment to your wellness journey and aim to provide a smooth and supportive experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policies carefully:
🧘 Session Packages & Drop-In Sessions
All session packages (e.g., 5-class, 10-class) are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
Drop-in sessions are also non-refundable.
Session packages have an expiry date . Please check the expiry date before buying.
📅 Cancellations & No-Shows
You may cancel a booked class up to 6 hours before class without penalty.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your pass (or forfeited if drop-in).

💻 Workshops, Special Events & Courses
Cancellations 7+ days before the event: Full refund (minus any booking fees).
Cancellations within 7 days: 50% refund, or full credit toward a future event.
No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours or after the event begins.
🧾 Memberships
Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime with 7 days notice before your next billing cycle.
We do not offer retroactive refunds for unused time.
😷 Illness or Emergencies
We understand life happens. In the case of medical issues or family emergencies, please contact us—we’ll do our best to offer credit or a partial refund depending on the situation.
