I began my yoga journey at 34, during a time when I was balancing motherhood with two young children and the demands of a busy home. What started as a personal refuge, a way to relieve stress and find balance, gradually grew into something much deeper.

As my practice evolved, I found myself sharing yoga with friends and children, and through that, discovered a genuine passion for teaching. Encouraged by those around me, I pursued formal training at SVYASA in Jigani, India. That experience transformed my understanding of yoga. It became more than a physical practice and opened the door to a deeper, more spiritual path. Asana became the foundation through which I explored that journey.

Today, I bring over 18 years of personal practice and 12 years of teaching experience. Yoga is no longer just something I do, it is a way of life. I truly live and breathe it, and that passion shapes every class I teach.

Having lived across more than six countries and four continents, I bring a global perspective that helps me connect with students from all backgrounds. I understand that every individual's journey is different, and I tailor my approach to meet each student where they are, whether they are beginners or experienced practitioners.

My teaching focuses on creating a supportive and intuitive environment. I work with students of all age groups and experience levels, offering personalized guidance that is both thoughtful and adaptable. At the heart of my practice is a simple goal: to help others experience the same sense of balance, healing, and self-discovery that yoga has brought into my life.

Jing was introduced to yoga in 2010 by her friend Carolyn and was instantly drawn to the practice. Since then, she has dedicated herself to asana and yoga philosophy and is now a certified RYT 500 teacher.

Yoga is her anchor, bringing balance and calm, and she loves sharing it with those seeking more peace and clarity.

Ziatia is a holistic yoga instructor with over ten years of dedicated practice, receiving her certification in 2025. She draws on breathwork, guided meditation, sound healing, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, and aromatherapy to support her teaching.

Her classes are intentional and thoughtfully curated, weaving together ancient healing traditions to offer a rich, nurturing experience for the mind, body, and spirit.

Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor

Grounded in presence and guided by the breath, Kiran is a certified yoga teacher with over 700 hours of training, specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga. She is dedicated to creating mindful movement experiences that support a deeper connection to the body, breath, and inner stillness.

Her classes thoughtfully integrate asana, pranayama, and meditation, offering a balanced practice that helps steady the body, quiet the mind, and foster awareness from within.

Certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor

Nicole Mills is a certified yoga instructor dedicated to making yoga accessible to all. She has practiced for five years and began teaching in March 2025, specializing in Vinyasa.

Her classes are energizing yet grounding, creating an inclusive space where all students feel supported. She believes yoga builds strength, balance, and peace, both on and off the mat.

For Nicole, yoga is more than movement. It’s a way to connect more deeply to a higher power, the universe, or oneself.

Divya is an Ayurvedic enthusiast dedicated to holistic healing and natural living. She blends the wisdom of Ayurveda with modern lifestyles, guided by her interests in science, philosophy, and mindful cooking.

She is an Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner in training at Ayurved Sadhana Vidyalaya, Colorado, and the Founder & CEO of Anantaveda LLC, Phoenix. Through her work, she develops wellness solutions and promotes Ayurveda via classes, workshops, and events across the United States.
