Description
“Ha” represents the sun — active, warming energy. “Tha” represents the moon — calming, cooling energy. Conserving energy in the physical body is an important aspect of health. In today’s age, a lot of importance is given to nutrition, but the main source of energy is sometimes missed. This energy is like positive and negative electrical charges pulsating throughout an electric wire. The correct balance of these opposite forms of energy is the very foundation of Hatha Yoga as these can sometimes be suppressed , blocked, dissipated or poorly distributed that results in disease. Hatha Yoga focuses on bringing these opposing forces into balance, creating stability and harmony within the body and mind.
