Participants take part in a guided session designed to quiet the mind and create a sense of inner space. Through a variety of meditation techniques, a teacher gently leads them through structured practices that encourage focus, awareness, and relaxation. The session not only helps participants unwind in the moment, but also equips them with simple techniques they can carry into their daily routines throughout the week.
